At HTEC, we’re unlocking hydrogen’s potential to reduce pollution and climate change by building hydrogen fuel supply solutions for fuel cell electric vehicles.

About HTEC

Thousands of hydrogen-powered cars, trucks and buses will roll onto North American roads over the next five years to meet zero-emission vehicle and climate change mandates. Every vehicle will need hydrogen and a place to refuel, creating a new, rapidly growing market for hydrogen fuel and supply infrastructure.

That’s where we come in.

HTEC’s mission is to unlock hydrogen’s potential to reduce pollution and climate change by building hydrogen supply solutions and station networks to support the roll-out of fuel cell electric vehicles.

What We Do

H2 Infrastructure

Under our Hydrogen Infrastructure platform, we build, own, and operate hydrogen production facilities, distribution systems and fueling stations.

In BC, we opened Canada’s first retail hydrogen station (the first of six planned stations), and have begun building a central electrolysis production facility. This infrastructure, along with our PowerCube hydrogen distribution operations, will enable the deployment of more than 1,000 FCEVs in British Columbia and solidify HTEC’s position as the leading provider of hydrogen fuel in the country.

H2 Technology Solutions

Our Hydrogen Technology Solutions platform draws on our deep industry experience, know-how, and technologies to provide customized hydrogen production, processing, distribution and vehicle fueling solutions for our infrastructure platform and other clients.

We sell technical services including:

  • design and development services

  • equipment for hydrogen purification compression and processing

  • safety training and programs

  • risk analysis

  • market development support
